I think it was my second trip out with this class A.. Pulled into a campground, Quickly set up (minimum outdoor since we were basically sleeping there only) got out some tools and lumber to build a table (Which I still use) put the tools away and went inside.. As the door clicked shut the first drops of what turned out to be a deluge hit the roof and awning.
The song:
How dry I am
How wet I'd be
Save this rig
Sets up quickly.
Seriously, When wife was alive she always wanted me cooking on the grill, So I had to set up the grill and the campfire pit and multiple chairs and put the awning out and all sorts of stuff that I mostly no longer do.. I cook indoors (Today was a cooking day, I made a dozen servings of stuffed pepper, And am steaming taters and veggies as I type) I find that steamer is my main cooking item, Steamed potatoes are every bit as good as baked, Steamed veggies beat the blazes out of boiled and when I re-heat servings 2-through 12 of those peppers.. Wrapped in foil they keep the taters company in the steamer. One handy appliance.
I also have a Forman Grill Knockoff for when I do hamburger or steak or whatever
And a few other "Toys" in here to cook with.. I eat well for a suddenly single guy. (But then I knew how to cook BEFORE I got married at the age of 27, had to, else I'd never made it to 27).
