I just figure about 50 miles in an hour. This gives me time to gas up stop at rest areas etc... I am not in such a time constraint or schedule to need or want to use a program to determine how far I go each day.. So after a couple hundred thousand miles, 50 MPH has always worked for timing. 300-350 miles in a day are plenty for me.
