Tool opinions

Would like recommendations on Pressure Washers and Paint sprayers. Interested in electric PW for washing vehicles, decks, lawn mower/tillers, grills, etc.
Also, I have a lot of wicker furniture that will need washed/primed/painted. I think a paint sprayer will be more eco/wallet friendlier than buying several cases of spray paint cans. Have some other paint chores, so owning beats renting, here. Would like recommendation on a paint sprayer, too. TIA!

  • I had an electric pressure washer (Karcher) from Costco and it just didn't cut it...especially for concrete and larger areas like driveways and walkways.

Sold it on Craig's List and went with a full powered gas model..3200 psi and 3.5 gpm.
It has an adjustable pump so I can dial down the pressure to 1500 psi for more delicate jobs, thus it won't cause damage.

For small, short duration jobs, electric is ok, but not for larger areas.
  • I'd go with a gas power washer. Water and electricity just don't mix, especially when the water is spraying all over the place uncontrolled. JMHO.
