"What are the 3 most important things someone should know before they decide to purchase and/or live in an RV"
I'm assuming your going to live in one vs a apartment/house/under the bridge/etc. So fodder to ponder....
Living full time in a RV can be very expensive.
You also need to be handy with plumbing/electrical/mechanical.
Its your home and your the only one that can fix it unless you have a good paying job.
New vs a used unit. These white elephants drop in value fast. Some folks are upside down on payments the first few years.
You will need a proper tow vehicle.
You will have to have a place to park it with sewer water and electricity hook ups.
Winters get awful cold in the average RV.
And on the flip side they can be hard to cool where its hot and sitting in the direct sun. Look for a "REAL" 4 season unit.
