Get a 1/2 " drive with a range of 30-150 ft-lbs. I've put Harbor Freight wrenches on a meter and they test very well. They copied a proven design that others have moved away from because they won't torque counter clockwise and therefore meet federal specs. You can reverse the ratchet wheel head and make it work ccw if you have a need. Stop when it clicks and it should work well.
