Total loss, adjuster wants copy of title prior to settlement

Still hashing out settlement with adjuster, who will not budge. I'm going to call the at fault driver's ins. Company today and start working with them. However, the current adjuster asked for a copy...

And a 'copy' of title is just that a copy.
It can NOT be used for anything else except information as it is not a valid document
