Total loss, adjuster wants copy of title prior to settlement

Still hashing out settlement with adjuster, who will not budge. I'm going to call the at fault driver's ins. Company today and start working with them. However, the current adjuster asked for a copy...

I have to ask, If you say NADA for your trailer is $22K to $26K and they offered you $23K what do you expect to get from it?. As for the title a copy is no big thing but no one needs it to check for liens. Running the vin will tell them everything they need to know.
We deal with insurance companys a lot and I can say I agree about this company can be a pain in the butt.
