Total loss, adjuster wants copy of title prior to settlement

Still hashing out settlement with adjuster, who will not budge. I'm going to call the at fault driver's ins. Company today and start working with them. However, the current adjuster asked for a copy...

Some people....a lot really....concoct their own version of how they think things should work and then get upset when it doesn't turn out that way.
