I called the at fault drivers insurance company, she said they didn't agree it was totaled and again offered me the amount to "fix" it, although I know they will surrogate after this is all over.
So they already offered you an amount to fix it vice totaling it? So that's when you went to your company? If you went once to the at fault insurance co, and they said it's not totaled, not sure why going back again would change the answer.
I'm starting to think more and more that the 23K offer is probably the best you are going to get. Is it worth the fight for 1K more and all the angst and consternation?
I'd probably take the check and call it a day, rather than keep going on and on for maybe nothing more.

Rest of the story now. Got low balled by the other ins co. Subsequently went to her ins co. Missing information here and now asking silly questions and kinda playing the victim.
Who cares? They say it's fixable, give it to them and ask where to pickup your rental and all the supplies for loss of use and wait til they total it.......or fix it.
Or maybe it really isn't totaled and your ins co is pushing it thru as a total as a "favor" to you? Non e of us know cuz we don't know you or your camper.
