Total loss, adjuster wants copy of title prior to settlement

Still hashing out settlement with adjuster, who will not budge. I'm going to call the at fault driver's ins. Company today and start working with them. However, the current adjuster asked for a copy...

Which is present on this forum in spades, although I think the uhhh avg tenure most of the members have had on this planet plays a large part.......
