Aridon, Thank you! That is excellent advice! Nat. GEneral is my insurance company, I will stop working with them and work with the other driver's insurance company. I do have an attorney for the injury side of things, which I would imagine would get back to the property damage side of the company? And perhaps cause them to be a little more generous?
