I'm not sure what your real issue is since 25' of at least 30A cord weighs well under about 10 to 15lbs so that's fairly light ....
I just coil up my 30A 25' cords which have two velco straps to hold the coil together. That is like 6 or 7 coils about 16" in diameter and very easy IMO to handle. For longer term storage I do have a nylon custom sized back with zipper to store the 25' extension in. My main 30A cord is always in use since my trailer is along side my home and always plugged in.
When hooking up I only unwind enough to trailer from the pedestal and simply drap the unused and still coiled cord over the pedestal.
