These things are Machines. Imperfect creations of imperfect people, and sometimes they fail. To me, the mark of a quality business isn't only how good they seem when things go well. It has to include how they perform when things go wrong. DEMCO clearly did well. Fortunately it seem other towing products companies including BlueOx and RoadMaster do well also.
Seems there was no damage. Glad there wasn't.
