One specific item a new shopper needs to be aware of is difference in "towing capacity" limitations and Cargo Carrying Capacity limitations when comparing between bumper pull and 5th wheel trailers. The pin weight of the 5th wheel is the significant difference and is usually what pushes most 1/2 ton trucks out of all but the smallest, lightest 5th wheel trailers.
