Yep. I'm thinking that's the issue.
I talked to her this morning and she's going to try to get some longer straps at a nearby RV dealer, but we're not hopeful anyone will have them in stock. If that's the case, she'll just have to be super vigilant on the way home, and we'll get more before towing again.
