Tow Dolly Tires D vs. R what's the difference?

OK so I went and bought new tires at chinamart. good year 205 75D 14, at least that's what I thought I bought. Turns out when I unload them from the truck they were 205 75R 14, Question is can I run...

I don't know much about tires.

However, I did remember seeing this info about Radial vs. Diagonal Tires.

I assume that is what you are talking about. But, I've been wrong before.
