towbar recommendations
In the near future I may be setting a Dodge Ram 1500 up for towing. It will be extended cab, short box, probably 360 V8, 4x4, auto tranny, 2001 or earlier. It will replace the "toy truck" in my sig....

I have the Falcon, I belive made by Roadmaster I have towed a Dodge Ram,
(Mitsubishi Montero) and now a Suzuky Grand Vitara, I like the fact that the unit stays on the RV, I can actually drive the RV with the tow bar attached to the RV and not have to fight the unit on and off.
I can also lock all the parts with pad locks and not worry about kids pulling pins out, or having anything stolen .
I can also remove the bar from the toad and there is practically no sign that the vehicle is towed.
I did the install on both vehicles and have had very good results.
