It might be different story for a 14 year old tow bar. Our Sterling (predecessor to the Sterling All Terrain) is only 8 years old and it's already hard to find parts for it. I called Roadmaster last year looking for a rebuild kit. I had to supply the serial number so they could see if they still stocked parts. Luckily it was the last generation of that model and parts were still available. I was told however that when the current parts supply ran out that was the end. They have no plans to manufacture any more parts for this model.
  • I have a Falcon 2 and completely rebuilt it a few years ago - even had all the metal parts re-powder coated. Also had them send me new decals. Not hard at all.

    Here it is after reassembled...

  • Check their website and see if they are going to be at any rally near you. Had ours serviced by the factory team at the Quartzsite RV show a couple of years ago. Free if all it needs is service, a small charge if they have to rebuild it.........
