I don't see any reason why a two wheel dolly would fail to work for the Fit; it's a front wheel drive car, and practically universally front wheel drive vehicles can be towed just fine with a dolly. The rear wheels are just freewheeling along for the ride with the parking brake disengaged. The only difficulty might be if the dolly requires greater ground clearance in the front than is available; the Fit has a comparatively long low snout.
While they don't mention dollies in the recreational towing section of the manual, it does say that it's okay to use a wheel lift tow under the emergency tow section of the manual.
