I don't see any reason why a two wheel dolly would fail to work for the Fit; it's a front wheel drive car, and practically universally front wheel drive vehicles can be towed just fine with a dolly. The rear wheels are just freewheeling along for the ride with the parking brake disengaged. The only difficulty might be if the dolly requires greater ground clearance in the front than is available; the Fit has a comparatively long low snout.
DW owns a 2008 Honda Fit. When we moved to TX from IL, we were not able to put it on a two-wheel dolly as there was not enough clearance on the bottom (too short of a wheel base, too little ground clearance). Now, caveat that to say we only had Uhaul equipment to work with and you may be able to find a different dolly which could work. You may just have look around and make sure you verify it does work before you buy.
