Towing 34'11" TT with Titan and Equalizer Hitch?

Weight on near limits but all doable. I'd be more concerned about the 34' part. If you're towing once or twice a year to get the trailer to and from a seasonal, ok.

But actual distance travel with 34' of TT at the limits of the TV? I'd say white knuckles are in your future. The least you can do is buy a premium hitch to help out. The E2 wont cut it here IMO, and I love the E2's in most cases.
