If the F150 has a N position (small push button you press with a pen) then yes it's flat towable.
As far as the MH. Make sure their is plenty of leftover CCC so that can bleed over to what you can tow. And make sure the hitch is rated for the weight of the truck. My MH is rated for 5k lbs, but I have 2k lbs leftover from my 4K lb CCC? So theoretically I am good for 7k lbs, but I'm limited by the hitch. If I wanted to go that high I would have to get very very accurate weights before I did anything.
