Just bought a Tracker automatic 4WD ... assuming that is good for towing 4 down ? just kick the transfer case into neutral? What to do about the steering ? I assume the steering wheel should be unloc...

The best way to get the details is the owners manual...if you have it. It has a transfer to put it into neutral so odds are it is okay, but need to know if you have to pull a fuse or anything else.
