Just checked my Samurai file and the curb weight is 2059 lb, so your tracker should be very close to that.
Motorhome magazine publishes a yearly guide to dingy towing, but is mostly just shows the newest vehicles for each year. However, you can get the older versions for a small fee.
Better check your owners manual. For decades now manufacturers have eliminated the rear pump in auto transmissions which is the reason that 1. can't be push started, and 2. towing can damage the trans due to lack of lubrication. Some are OK if you stop, unhook, and drive around in FWD and REV for 1/4 mile or so, every 200 miles of towing. Better check into this.
