What is recommended towing speed when using snow chains. Don't think I can keep up with those 18 wheelers!!
oregon does require drag chains when chains are required. Usually that pass is clear as is the rest of 84 to portland. When trouble comes in it is usually really bad news. glare ice and wind, a bad combination. best to just wait it out for a few days if you can.
