Primary suggestion: Weigh the Jeep, as it will be when being towed.
There is a good chance it is heavier than the rated capacity of the Mercedes or of the hitch.
If so, then you will have to decide if you are willing to tow it, even though it technically overloads your coach.
Many people have done so, mostly with success.
