I can go about 50 or 60 miles but then the sensor says the battery is low, and the car won't start again. When that happens, I disconnect the braking system and tow the car without it. Not safe, but necessary. Any suggestions or ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Great option, but wife says no more wiring. Have to use what we already have. Guess we won't be dinghy towing for a while until we figure this out. Thanks anyway.
