Agreed. I have not had the chance to ask his logic on that one.
Ya totally not legal, but then again lots of things aren't quite legal. Not my kids not my business. But I will say it's sure nice for the kids to be able to kick the seats back. Keeps em in belts longer. BTW I'm not beyond letting the kids lay down in back seat on long road trips.
