The WD bars should be tight. If you can snap them up by hand, they are not adjusted well. Most of us drop the tongue on the ball, latched the tongue, raise the tongue and rear of tow vehicle, hook up WD bars, then raise the jack for travel position. This is still not always easy for me to do by hand. I use a pipe about 15" long. This is far easier with an electric tongue jack than manually cranking the jack by hand 3 times in the rain or 90 degree plus heat. ;)
There is a good thread on WDH adjustment. Generally, you have two goals. Return front axle weight of TV to unhitched weight. TT should be level to slightly nose down. You have an additional requirement with the Reese dual cam systems.
