Well to start with that is a big package you have! It is listed as 35' long and just shy of 10,000# GVWR. You don't state if the Suburban is a 1500 or 2500, that will certainly make a difference in the way it handles.
In Colorado the speed limit on the interstates can be as high as 75. Good judgment will say that you don't try to tow and rig at the speed, there are those that think it is fine,I am not one of them. I would draw the line at about 65 to 70. Keep in mind the minimum speed limit in Colorado is 40 in the right lane.
If it is just the speed, then as long as you are over the minimum fine, but if while you are speeding the trailer and TV are start doing actions that make you feel uncomfortable then it is time to correct the issues with the trailer or TV.
I pull a 33.5' 5er with a diesel 2500/3500 SRW, when on two lane state/federal highways I try to go wit the normal flow, many times this is about 60 in a 55 zone. These are heavenly traveled roads to the coast, being a 5er my rig is naturally more stable than a TT (Ducking), I do pull to the right when we hit the passing lanes, I will also use them to pass a much slower rig also.
The bottom line;
1. You need to comfortable with the speed and how your rig is handling.
2. If it has handling issues, get them corrected ASAP!
