You still need to drive at a speed that you are comfortable with, and feel safe at!!!
You now need to be very aware of how much traffic is gathering behind you as you are traveling! I believe that most states have a maximum backup law, and the number is always about 5. This is both the law and common curtsey.
If the roads have no sections with passing lanes, you need to find a safe location to pull to the shoulder, or slow truck turnout lane, and let the traffic behind you pass.
This becomes a bigger issues on a two lane road as many have narrow or no shoulders. You really need to do all that you can to make your rig comfortable to drive on these roads at a reasonable speed.
