I rarely tow over 55 mph unless I'm caught in a rush hour and am holding everyone up. Then I pop up to 65 mpg for awhile.

That is a good point about the number of folks who just stay behind. I see that often, folks just stay back there even though there is a wide open highway with no oncoming traffic. Suits me....they can stay back there if they want.
Another thing I have noticed, since I almost exclusivly run the two lane roads, is that often, those that do catch up to me, are local anyway, so many times they just stay back there because they know they will be turning off the road soon.
