I think you are going the max for your rig. IMO you don't have enough truck. So keep safe. When you get above your comfort zone or the ability of your tv is when trouble shows up.
65/70 seems to be the sweet spot for my truck but I adjust for conditions. Don't usually go over that cause the old Powerstroke really likes fuel above 65 mph. My ST tires are rated for 78 but I'm not gonna bet my or others life on that.
