The problem with running above sixty-five is that no pickup -- solo, empty -- brakes worth a darn.
Drum brakes on a trailer hardly improve this, it only worsens after more than a minor, short application.
Stability and braking distance are compromised.
Add in side winds and the "safety" factor turns into mud.
