you don't need a bigger TV, since the newer Explorers can tow 5000lbs. IF it has the factory tow package.
you just need to pick a slightly larger hybrid with a better CCC, like the Roo or Shamrock 19.
GVWR of around 4700lbs. and a CCC of 1,182lbs.
