Got an L-3400 (34 horse) Kubota about 6 years ago and it's by far the best investment I ever made. Right now it's over at a neighbors earning its keep with a 60" brush hog on some oak in exchange for all the Ponderosa firewood I can haul, it also loads the wood using a boom I built out of scrap for the 3 point hitch. Lifts a 16'x 20" wet log onto my flatbed trailer just fine.
I was advised to get the biggest tractor I had room for, turned out to be good advice in my case. Winters it does the plowing with a 6' blade. A clamp on front hitch on the bucket makes moving trailers around the property a breeze.
