Well if your riding your brakes they will eventually get hot, expand and lock up solid.
Easy solution; STOP RIDING YOUR BRAKES.
OK, so this is not terribly helpful. My driving habits did not change in the last few days, and as this is a new problem, I assume it's a new factor. Also, I stated I was pretty sure they were locking up on their own.
However, I will test again today and be sure not to touch the brakes.
