Trailer stair bounce

What do you use outside to stop the trailer stair bounce ? Small bottle jacks ?

Yep, under the middle step and problem solved
  • Bolts are tight & stairs not broken. get the bounce on the 3rd step (bottom). Very annoying when you're inside & somebody goes out. A jack should solve it as I don't want to build & carry a platform.
  • I have a small carpet covered wood platform for our Southwind.
The bottom step rests on the platform.
  • Nothing, it doesn't seem to be a big deal, but it's the quadra-step so it has some extra bounce. Doesn't seem to hurt anything.
  • 1st. Why is it bouncing? Look under the stairs where they mount, and make sure that the bolts are tight, That the blots are not pulling thru, and that the mount, or stairs are not broken.
  • We have a set of these and one of them goes under the step box and the other goes opposite it.

    Universal RV Stabilizer

We did not get them from Camping World, but these were easy to find, so I used their website.
