You don't mention the age and brand...just curious.
I just came back from Florida, matter of fact I have a post with this same issue.
Two of my 5-year old / 4 years installed tires had to be replaced and looking to replace all with new in the next two weeks.
I remember one of the tires running 10 degrees F hotter than others, I should have paid attention but then again when the sun is shining on one side at the pumps it seems normal.
It may be a combo of age and heat.
