Well I had them all replaced today. Tech pulled the bad one off the wheel and showed me what he found. Inside there was large blisters bubbled up with air.
Said he was surprised it didn't already separate.
So glad I had them replaced. 500 mile trip on the new Carlisle HD's in two weeks. Can't wait to see how they go and can't wait to get to Topsail State Park!
