We have been Rving for over 8 years and traveled well over 100K. We rarely are in a hurry and hate "forced marches" where we have to meet a time schedule. In general we echo the comments of KTMFS and Dog Folks as to times of travel. One thing we have not seen mentioned though is that taking the "loop" around large cities no longer seems to save time. Generally its better to just grind through on the shortest freeway. The suburbs have grown up around and past the loops and the loops are just as congested and crowded and a straight shot through, and they are usually longer.
My 2 cents
