My suggestion is to winterize and take tanks of water for the four days of travel. One person will use about 5 gallons of water in four days. Use a porta potty and a garden sprayer for the shower. When washing dishes or showering if below freezing, drain your gray water tank(s) and put a cup of rv antifreeze in the p traps and you will be back winterized. I do this all the time when camping this time of year and it works quite well.
