We camp in groups nearly every time we go out. No we don't try to stay together. We all know where the CG is. I tend to drive a little slower while towing than they do. So, unless we leave before they do, we are the last one to arrive.
Sad you think. Maybe not. Often they already have supper ready, and are there to help setup. More often they just watch. But it don't take long, and when I'm done. The fire is already going.so I'm good.
something else to think about while traveling together. You can only drive ONE vehicle. You can't drive your vehicle in a way to try to keep the others close. Well, You can. But you will soon learn. it is the ones behind that get the speeding tickets from trying to catch up after something got in the way. Or got stopped by a light.
