I'm sure you could, but the better question is why you would do this? Hopefully, your not thinking about letting people or pets ride back there. If you really really need it warm upon your arrival at a cg, then just stop a few minutes prior to getting there. But there is no reason it should not warm up while you are setting up. Besides, if the heat is running for hours while driving, the interior of your fiver will be dripping with condensation.
