15ft is the regulation. I remember one country in Michigan' lament they didn't have the money to trim them all.
A Campground Operator has the legal responsibility not to damage your vehicle.
I don't care if he says they should have seen the limb or they didn't have to stay here.
You paid for a RV space and so on. Due Care includes tree limbs.imo
Let him pay for a paint job on a custom three layer artwork with three coats of clear on a Prevost. That 165,000 or more will have him paying a dozen tree trimmers next year. imo
15 ft is the standard everywhere on RV campgrounds too, I understand.
Or maybe he tells his Insurance agent I don't intend to trim my trees above 6 ft which is far as I can reach with my saw.
