Trip Across Canada

I recently posted the final chapter in Spike's Alberta Adventure, a daily journal from a dog's perspective. In 2013, Spike, a miniature poodle, along with his dog sisters Bella and Kabira, and his people, travelled from Ottawa, Ontario to Field, BC with our 5th wheel. The journey took 6 weeks, during which we passed through farmland, huge expanses of trees, and vast open plains. In places the mountains stood tall above us, and in others the rocky Canadian shield surrounded us with rocks, trees and lakes. Spike writes about his impressions of the journey and the places and people that he meets along the way. Pictures are included to illustrate his journey.

It was a bit of fun for me to do, stuck here in Ontario this summer. Re-living last summer's trip is inspiring me to plan another one next summer!
