The only thing that looks odd to me, is the weight of the trailer. You described it as fully loaded except for the tanks were empty other than the hot water heater. 5200 lbs seems about the right weight for one of these with barely anything in it beyond the propane and battery.
Unless you travel extremely light (clothes and paper plates only) this seems a bit difficult to believe. I've towed a smaller ultra light trailer before that ended up at 5600 lbs loaded. You must have nothing in the front storage and under the bed?
