The only thing that looks odd to me, is the weight of the trailer. You described it as fully loaded except for the tanks were empty other than the hot water heater. 5200 lbs seems about the right weight for one of these with barely anything in it beyond the propane and battery.
Unless you travel extremely light (clothes and paper plates only) this seems a bit difficult to believe. I've towed a smaller ultra light trailer before that ended up at 5600 lbs loaded. You must have nothing in the front storage and under the bed?
So I am lying? Sorry you feel that way :-)

You will see that the trailers dry weight is 4725 LBS.
I am not trying to be funny but since you asked, the only thing we had under the bed was dirty laundry.
Front storage had 5 camp chairs, Weber Q1200, water hoses, shore power cord, a screen tent, and a few assorted knick knacks in a plastic box.
I am sorry you took it that way. I did not say you were lying or intend to imply that. It is my experience with others and even myself early on that I can severely underestimate how much stuff weighs. You said you were fully loaded and some people will say they are fully loaded but really mean they have most things in there, but not quite all assuming the rest of the stuff doesn't weigh much. I have found with weighing my own camping trailer that the things added just before heading out on a trip can really add up and significantly affect the total weight and the tongue weight. Because of this and the fact that brochure weights are often optimistic, I thought you might not be actually loaded for a camping trip. Food and clothing alone can really add up. I was just trying to clarify because I'm surprised a fully loaded trailer of your size could weight that little.
I am honestly just trying to help.
The entire situation for any of us when shopping is very difficult to figure out ahead of actually having the vehicle and trailer in our possession. When planning to buy trailers and vehicles, it is easy to end up being off significantly with estimations. Many times it is better to assume a more worse case scenario for loading.
