Nope, you'd know it if the tail was waggin the dog.
Also the only way to effectively get the trailer swaying back under control is to out tension between the truck and trailer.
You can do I by punching the throttle until it straightens out and must do this if you don't have electric trailer brakes that you can apply manually. Or clamp down on the trailer brakes manually while staying on the gas to straighten it out.
NEVER just step on the brakes if it's swaying badly, you'll jack knife the rig likely.
Again, seems counter intuitive but step on the gas not the brakes on the tow vehicle.
