Tuning Leveling Jacks

I use the auto level and it never gets it right. I noticed though that it never gets it right EXACTLY the same way. After it thinks it is level, I have to hold down the left for ~2 seconds, and the front for ~1 second.

Is there a way to 'tune' this or fix it so that I don't have to manually adjust it and it just gets it right?

  • If you have the Level Up system, you can find the manual online... You can manually set it to the level of your liking, then reset the system to your new desired level, this is how future leveling should be. You should also find the small black electronic sensor, mine is in the back, to ensure it is secured and not moving around, if it is shifting, then you could end up with it leveling different every time.

  • The Bigfoot auto leveling systems also have a "zero" calibration procedure that can be found in the manuals on their site. I expect HWH has something similar as well.
  • Thanks all, it is a Lippert and I found the manual here: https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/support/manuals/om-electronic-hydraulic-leveling-and-slideout-web.pdf
  • FWIW, Lippert has both IOS and Androind apps that have all of the manuals included- just search for lci1 or mylippert (iirc) in your app store.
